We have gone up to the limits of the possible in this encompassment. > Russian: К настоящему времени ЦИТ охватил своим методом все главнейшие производства и виды труда. [¶2] In metal there have been encompassed by CIT literally all kinds of production; so that by the present time we are, within the limits of metal, in the full sense polytechnical. Cold and hot processing [treatment], professions with microscopic precisions and professions with a predominant force-load of the labourer, from the blacksmith to the gauge-maker [лекальщик], professions of the lowest qualification, of the middle and of the very highest, professions instrumental-muscular, machine and mounting [монтажные: montage, fitting]. > Russian: В металле ЦИТ ом охвачены буквально все виды производства; так что к настоящему времени мы в пределах металла в полном смысле политехничны. The projecting [проектирование: designing, planning] of the Labour Force and of the organisation of labour has, for its part, brought us up close against the chief-most problem — the problem of the functioning of enterprises, and from it — to the burning problem of the deployment of enterprises and of the management of them. > Russian: Этим самым мы собственно перестаем быть организацией по подготовке кадров.
