[¶0] OF THE IMPEDIMENT OF SPIRITUAL RELATIONSHIP (FIVE ARTICLES)

[¶1] We must now consider the impediment of spiritual relationship: under which head there are five points of inquiry:

[¶2] (1) Whether spiritual relationship is an impediment to marriage?

[¶3] (2) From what cause is it contracted?

[¶4] (3) Between whom?

[¶5] (4) Whether it passes from husband to wife?

[¶6] (5) Whether it passes to the father's carnal children?
